- 1-4 Colour Screen Print.
This works well for simple designs and logos that are not images, works best on designs with solid lines and logos. However, it’s not suitable for fine lines.
This method prints directly on the neoprene. It creates nice bright colours and is what most people think of as a 1 colour stubby from the pub.
Although it can be used for multicolour prints, it is more expensive than transfer print or sublimated prints as each time you add a colour you add additional print cost and another set-up charge. Plus, you can achieve exact PMS colour match with this method.
- 1-4 Colour Transfer Print.
This is well suited for designs that are a little more complex. Basically it suits any number of print colours, logos with half tones & complex logos.
As the name transfer implies the ink prints onto a paper transfer in CMYK which is then transferred to your stubby, then the heat press to adhere it to the neoprene.
Probably the only limitation is if you want your background to bleed off the edge of the stubby you would need a sublimated print. This method is used in our offshore factory.
- Full Colour Sublimation Print
This print method prints directly onto a white stubby panel so you can use it for any logo, image, background colour, photo or artwork. You can print so the background bleeds off the edge of the stubby.
Cost is not impacted by adding extra colours as in a screen print. It is our most cost effective and popular print method.

Step 4 – Choose how many units you want
In general, larger orders offer a lower price per unit but they also require a larger initial investment.
